Personnel Committee Creation & Authority - Refer to Richland Municipal Code (RMC) - Title 2.28.125
Some of the responsibilities of this Committee are to review any existing or proposed rules governing personnel; monitor the administration and grading of examinations; make investigations concerning the enforcement and effect of the provisions of the personnel ordinance; hear appeals and complaints and conduct hearings and investigations as necessary. Those individuals with experience in personnel management are especially encouraged to apply.
The Personnel Committee meets regularly at 4:30 p.m. the second Wednesday of the month or as called. Meetings are held at the City Shops located at 2700 Duportail - Building #100 in Richland.
