Roger Wright has been associated with engineering, construction, and development projects in the Tri-Cities for almost 20 years. From 1991 to 2000 Roger worked in Richland’s Public Works Department, the last four as City Engineer. Since 2000 Roger has worked in the engineering and development consulting field and has contracted with the City of Richland to provide development assistance to the Office of Business and Economic Development.
Roger’s experience includes siting and permitting many major businesses in Richland such as major retailers, industrial projects, and corporate office complexes. Roger is familiar with City, State, and Federal codes and permitting requirements and can assist new businesses in navigating the many code and permitting processes. Roger can also assist with comprehensive and detailed planning of the site development to allow for lower costs and reduced permitting.
Roger is an eastern Washington native and a graduate of Portland State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in Washington.
