The Human Resources, Risk Management & Safety  Department is under the direction of the Administrative Services Department and the Human Resources Director, providing administrative and personnel services including recruitment, selection, orientation, benefits, development and training, risk management, safety, and labor relations to all departments of the City; and acts as a liaison between the employees and management.
