The Fine Print: Resident and Non-Resident Policy
The City of Richland recognizes the primary purpose of Parks and Recreation is to provide for the recreational needs of Richland residents. People living within Richland's city limit support, through their city taxes, the City's parks and recreation services. Because of this, the City offers residents a discount on selected recreational programs. People residing outside the city limits are welcomed and encouraged to enjoy City sponsored activities.
