Bidding Opportunities
The City of Richland is currently soliciting bids for the public works projects listed below. Specifications and plans may be obtained from the Purchasing Department, 2700 Duportail, Richland Washington or by writing to City of Richland, Purchasing Division, P.O. Box 190, Richland, WA 99352, or fax your request to (509) 942-7397 or send an e-mail to the Purchasing Dept.
For projects from the Public Works Department (PW) informational copies of the plans and specifications are on file for inspection in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Administration office, located at 703 Building, 840 Northgate, Richland Washington. All questions should be directed to the Civil and Environmental Engineering Administration office at (509)942-7460.
For projects from the Parks & Recreation Department (PR) informational copies of the plans and specifications are on file for inspection at the Richland Community Center, located at 500 Amon Park Drive, Richland, Washington. All questions should be directed to Phil Pinard at (509)942-7463 or Dave Bryant at (509) 942-7507.
Federal Title VI Policy Statement: The City of Richland, hereinafter referred to as the "City' assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (P.L. 100.259) be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity. Sealed Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives at the City Shops, Building 100, 2700 Duportail at the time and date advertised in the bid.
Bid tabs will be available on this site but only lists the apparent bidder. Final approval and acceptance must be done by City Council to officially award the project. City Council meets the first and third Tuesday of every month.

If you download project documents below or from any other site you accept ALL responsibility for making yourself aware of any and all addenda related to the respective procurement opportunity. Failure to make yourself aware of changes to requirements may disqualify your bid from consideration.
