Richland’s new optional curbside recycling program for residential customers is up and running. Blue recycling auto cans will continue to be delivered to homes throughout the summer. The optional program costs $5.70 per month and includes a pickup every other week.   Be sure to enroll to recieve your container to recycle paper, tin, aluminum, cardboard, pressboard and a variety of plastic containers. NO GLASS is allowed in the recycling containers. Customers will not be charged the fee until the can is delivered.
