The City of Richland completed its citywide, multi-modal transportation plan.  The plan was developed under contract with DKS Associates of Portland, Oregon to conduct the data collection, modeling, mapping and document preparation.

Copies of the draft plan were circulated to interested parties and made available for public review on November 10, 2003.  Comments were accepted from the public and interested stakeholders through December 12, 2003.  Staff and the consultant presented the final plan to City Council on December 7, 2004 which was formally adopted.
