Curbside Recycling Pilot Program Update: Residents in the four curbside recycling pilot neighborhoods are still participating in the program. Public Works staff and a subcommittee of the Utility Advisory Committee are processing participation numbers, program options and potential costs. The full UAC will make a recommendation to City Council, which will make a decision in December about a citywide program.
