    Tri-Cities Animal Shelter & Control Services provides services within the City of Richland.  Please call the agency at 545-3740 if your animal is missing or to report troublesome animals.

    HOURS:

    Standard Hours:  (excluding Holidays)
    Tuesday through Saturday  9:00 am - 5:00 pm
    Sunday and Monday         CLOSED

    Information on Animal Licenses:
    All dogs and cats seven-months old and older must be licensed if they reside in the city more than 30 days.  Animal owners must show proof if their pets' rabies vaccinations and, to qualify for discounted rates, proof of pets' alterations.  Licenses are available at city hall; renewal notices are mailed each year.  Licenses must be renewed by the last day of the expiration date.  Low-income seniors may be eligible for a discount.
