• Step 1 - Review the Loan Terms and Fees and the Service Requirements before completing and submitting the application to the Business Services office. Staff will respond to your application within 72 hours. If a credit or title report is required, city staff will contact you regarding the results.
• Step 2 - Contact authorized contractors to obtain proposals.
• Step 3 - Send the proposal of your choice to the Business Services office. After staff has reviewed your proposal, you will be contacted to schedule your loan closing where a city representative will review the contractor’s proposal and loan documents with you.
• Step 4 - After the work is completed and inspected, you will receive a monthly bill. We can help you set up automatic loan payments through our confidential autopay request form.
