Services
The Richland Fire and Emergency Services Department provides the citizens of Richland and surrounding areas with a range of emergency services, including fire suppression, hazardous materials response, emergency medical response and technical rescue, but also provides other critical services such as fire inspections, fire investigation, fire prevention and public education.
Facilities
The department consists of three fire stations, which are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our administrative offices, located with the Fire Administration Center (FAC), is where the Fire Chief, Fire Marshal, Training/Safety Officer, Medical Officer, Ambulance Billing and Administrative Staff can be found. The FAC is located at:

The FAC is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

We do this through our highly trained firefighting personnel, nationally recognized emergency medical responders and with a heightened focus on prevention and public education.
