Surplus vehicles and equipment from the City of Richland are made available to the public when a public hearing is held to determine prospective items as surplus and City Council approves. When the replacement vehicles and equipment arrive and are put into service, the retired vehicles and equipment will be made available to the public. Information will be listed on this page on the next surplus sale and location. Dates of the public sale will vary throughout each year due to the arrival of dates of replacement vehicles and equipment.

All City of Richland surplus sales are now held at the Booker Auction. They are located at 31 Eltopia W. Road, Eltopia, WA 99330.

The next surplus sale is scheduled for Saturday, November 3, 2012 beginning at 9:00 a.m. An interactive website features detailed information, photos and the ability to bid online.
