The Administrative Services Department supports the implementation of Strategic Leadership Plan - Seven Keys to Unlock Our Future - by coordinating internal support of administrative services to user departments within the City.
The department consists of the Administrative Services Director and Administrative Op. Coordinator requiring 49.5 Unaffiliated/Affiliated employees within the following divisions.

Tri-Cities Animal Shelter & Control Services provides services within the City of Richland. Please call the agency at 545-3740 if your animal is missing or to report troublesome animals.

Sunday and Monday CLOSED
Animals must be licensed within 30 days of moving to the City of Richland.
