Welcome to the City of Richland's Request Management service.  The City has partnered with E-Gov Solutions for an Online Request Management system called RequestPartner.  This new system allows you to communicate with City staff members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can use this system to create service requests that will be routed automatically to the appropriate City department. But the system doesn’t just allow you the ability to provide us with information – City staff members can communicate with you through the system and your e-mail, letting you know the status of requests you have submitted and answering your questions directly.

How does it work?
This new system works like all other pages on our site in that you navigate by clicking on links and buttons to take you where you want to go. The difference is that you not only read information, but you can also request service and/or information. If you want to submit a question, request for service or any other form of communication simply click on the button or link that says “Make a Request” you will be routed to a list of request topics which will help you to find the appropriate request form to submit your request to the City. Select the appropriate topic to be taken to the list of request forms. Once you select the correct Request Form, you simply type in responses to the questions asked, or enter your information in the blank fields and click on the “continue” button at the bottom of the Request Form. You will then be given an opportunity to review and edit the information you entered, and once everything is correct you click on the “submit” button.

Request Topics may include, but are not limited to: requests for public information, stop light repair, tree trimming next to powerlines, parks and recreation rentals, building and plannig information, bidders list, animal control issues, stormwater problems, parks and recreation, public safety services, City Council requests and many more.

We know that in some cases, you simply want a simple question answered and do not want to submit a form to wait for a response. We have therefore also created a Frequently Asked Questions section that provides answers to commonly asked questions and contact information for the appropriate staff members handling specific areas of service.

Please take some time to review the First Time Users Guide and enjoy using our request management system!
