The City Clerk's Office provides a variety of services for the residents of Richland and supports the Richland City Council and City Departments.

Our office coordinates the production of City Council agendas and meeting materials, provides public notification and produces the official meeting minutes.  Other functions of the Clerk's Office include: processing public records requests, maintain and update the Richland Municipal Code (RMC), and assist in the recruitment process for the various city related boards, commissions, and committees members.
