Requests to terminate services must be submitted before 4:00 P.M. a minimum of one business day in advance. Requests received after 4:00 P.M. will be treated as received the following business day. Any termination requests which fall on weekends or holidays will be scheduled for the following business day.

A Copy of a Deed of Trust or Warranty Deed is required for all owner termination requests. If you are an owner requesting to terminate utility services, please upload a copy of your deed before submitting your request to terminate services.
