Requests to terminate services must be submitted before 4:00 P.M. a minimum of one business day in advance. Requests received after 4:00 P.M. will be treated as received the following business day. Any termination requests which fall on weekends or holidays will be scheduled for the following business day.
A forwarding address is required when scheduling the termination. We do not disconnect service(s) at closing unless an account is in a non-pay status.
If you are moving to another Richland location, you will need to complete the Application for Service(s) to establish at the new location. Services do not automatically transfer.
