 Requests to suspend services must be submitted before 5 P.M. a minimum of one business day prior to the requested suspension start date. Any suspension requests which fall on weekends or holidays will be scheduled for the following business day. To suspend services, the following fees apply:

Electric - $50.00

Water - $50.00

Refuse Container - $20.00

To schedule reconnects and redeliveries, please contact customer service or complete the request to reconnect services form. Reconnects must be scheduled a minimum of two business days prior to desired reconnect/redelivery date and there are no additional fees for reconnecting services.
