IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The City of Richland will delay opening offices and facilities until 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2017, for an annual all-employee meeting. Richland City Hall, Administrative Annex, Development Services Building, Richland Community Center, Fire and Police Offices, Human Resources, Shops Facilities, Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, and Horn Rapids Landfill are all affected. The Richland Public Library will open at its regularly scheduled time of 9:30 a.m.

Police, fire and emergency services personnel will continue to respond to emergency calls.

Responsibilities

The Purchasing Division has responsibility for centralized purchasing and receiving for the city. The Purchasing Division makes purchases of materials, supplies, equipment and contractual services for all departments, offices, boards and other agencies of the city.
