Richland City Hall is closed to the public until further notice. Residents can place utility payments in the drop box located on the southwest side of the building. Payments and requests for service can also be made on-line www.ci.richland.wa.us/myutilities, by emailing customerservice@ci.richland.wa.us or by calling (509) 942-1104.

 

Consistent with Gov. Jay Inslee’s Stay Home – Stay Healthy Proclamation and subsequent Memorandum for Construction Guidance, the City of Richland has temporarily suspended inspections. If you believe that your project falls under the essential activities described within the order, contact the City at (509) 942-7794. Permit applications and plan submittals will be accepted electronically. Contact 509-942-7794 or permittech@ci.richland.wa.us for more information.
