The City of Richland is making every effort to protect our employees, families and community from the spread of COVID-19, and may have to extend due dates depending on each individual situation and request. In some cases, we do not have access to paper records, and may have to provide them at a later date or in an additional installment. Additionally, our office is not currently open for in-person records review. If an in-person review is not available at the time of your request, the Public Records Officer will notify you. We will arrange to provide records to you electronically or, at your preference, we will contact you at a later date to schedule an in-person review.
