Richland City Hall is closed to the public until further notice. Residents can place utility payments in the drop box located on the southwest side of the building. Payments and requests for service can also be made on-line, by emailing or by calling (509) 942-1104.

If you have questions about the court schedule, outstanding warrants, or any other court process, please contact Benton County District Court (509) 735-8476. The Benton County Justice Center, which houses Benton County District Court, is located at 7122 W. Okanogan Place, Kennewick, WA 99336.
