LATEST ACTIVITIES In 2013, City Council approved the final plat of West Vineyard, a 156 lot residential subdivision in the northwest quadrant of the Badger Mountain South community. In 2014, Council approved the preliminary plat of South Orchards, a 281 lot residential subdivision that will be located in the southeast portion of Badger Mountain South. The Venito Villaggio Binding Site Plan, a development of 40 commercial lots, has also been approved by the City on property located south of Ava Way.
