PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE (S2017-103 & Z2017-105)
Notice is hereby given that Mark Bauder on September 21, 2017, filed an application for preliminary plat and rezone approval to change the zoning from Agriculture to R-1-10 (Low-Density Residential) and to subdivide an approximately 3.47 acre site into 11 single family residential lots (Preliminary Plat of Westcliffe Heights II). The proposed plat and rezone site is located north of N. Jurupa Street and south of Meadow Hills Drive, in an area locally referred to as Little Badger Mountain. The proposed plat would have an average lot size of 11,257 square feet.
The Richland Hearings Examiner, on Monday, November 13, 2017, will conduct a public hearing and review of the application at 6:00 p.m. in the Richland City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Swift Boulevard. All interested parties are invited to attend and present testimony at the public hearing.

Written comments should be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 6, 2017 to be incorporated into the staff report. The application will be reviewed in accordance with the regulations in RMC Title 19 Development Regulations Administration and Tile 24 Plats and Subdivisions. Appeal procedures of decisions related to the above referenced application are set forth in RMC Chapter 19.70. DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE
Notice is hereby given that Brad & Thera Rew have submitted an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development & Special Use Permit to install a 25-site RV campground served by a septic system with drain field.
A public hearing on the project will be held before the Hearing Examiner on November 13, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 505 Swift Blvd., Richland WA 99352.
Notice is finally given that the City of Richland on October 13, 2017 issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS), SEPA File No. EA2017-014 for the shoreline substantial development & special use permit application. The City of Richland has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. This decision was made after review of the environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340; the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 15 days from the date of legal notice publication.
