Status Update:

M2018-100 Willowbrook Place

The Willowbrook Place Apartment project has been placed on “HOLD” pending the submittal of additional information by the applicant. Once all of the requested information has been received, the City of Richland will re-initiate the public hearing and review process. The City has officially “WITHDRAWN” the Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance which was originally issued for the project on August 3, 2018. A new SEPA Threshold Determination will be made after the new public review/comment period has expired. Notification will be re-sent to all property owners within 300’ of the project site, published in the Tri-City Herald, posted on the City’s website, posted on-site, and provided to all current parties of record once the requested materials have been submitted and the project review has been determined ready to proceed. Until the new public comment period has been determined, the City respectfully requests that no new comments be submitted.
