Fund AvailabilityThe City of Richland is anticipating receiving $245,000 in 2017 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) of which $195,0000 will be available to fund community projects. Public Hearing Date and Time
A Public Hearing to receive citizen comments on the City's use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds will be held on June 22, 2016 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers, 505 Swift Blvd., Richland. Citizen comments will be accepted from May 31, 2016 to 4:30pm, June 30, 2016. All comments will be considered as the 2017 Action Plan is being developed.
Apply for a Grant
1. Fill out a 2017 application packet.
2. Applications must be received by the Planning and Redevelopment Division no later than Thursday, July 7, 2016. Hand delivered by 4:30 pm or US Mail postmarked by midnight. Planning and Redevelopment is located at:
