Richland City Hall is closed to the public until further notice. Residents can place utility payments in the drop box located on the southwest side of the building. Payments and requests for service can also be made on-line, by emailing or by calling (509) 942-1104.

Badger Mountain South, a master-planned community of 1,480 acres, is intended to develop with 5,000 homes, businesses and other community activities. The Badger Mountain South Land Use Development Regulations are intended to (1) implement the land use elements of the Badger Mountain South Master Agreement approved by the City Council on December 7, 2010, and (2) realize the goals and objectives which apply specifically to Badger Mountain South of the Badger Mountain Subarea Plan, adopted by the City Council on September 7, 2010.
