Richland City Hall is closed to the public until further notice. Residents can place utility payments in the drop box located on the southwest side of the building. Payments and requests for service can also be made on-line, by emailing or by calling (509) 942-1104.

Building department and planning applications, including plan submittals, will be accepted electronically. Contact 509-942-7794 or for more information.

This portal utilizes GIS technology and provides citizens an up-to-date representation of current and past crime incidents in the City of Richland. Crime data syncs with the program .The platform includes six months of crime data and is updated in real time. The program utilizes geographic information systems (GIS) technology and is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This user- friendly map also utilizes an overlay that identifies our popular CAP Groups, allowing users to search incidents specific to their Districts.

This free service is an excellent tool that facilitates automated crime information from us to you.
