Richland City Hall is closed to the public until further notice. Residents can place utility payments in the drop box located on the southwest side of the building. Payments and requests for service can also be made on-line www.ci.richland.wa.us/myutilities, by emailing customerservice@ci.richland.wa.us or by calling (509) 942-1104.

Building department and planning applications, including plan submittals, will be accepted electronically. Contact 509-942-7794 or permittech@ci.richland.wa.us for more information. 

Construction Traffic Delays

For April 4 - 10, 2020

Northgate Drive, between Knight and Mansfield is closed to traffic. The Ben Franklin Transit will be using Northgate for a Temporary Transit Center during the reconstruction of the Knight Street Transit Center.   

Amon Park Drive, between Lee Blvd. and the Richland Community Center will be temporarily closed. Motorists can access the community center from the south off Bradley Blvd. Pedestrians and cyclists should detour around the closure via the paved river pathway. 

George Washington Way (Guyer to Van Giesen), traffic will be switched to the east two lanes to accommodate closing the southbound lanes for grinding, storm drainage work and paving.  Traffic will be restricted to one lane each direction during this work. 

Duportail Bridge Phase 1, Duportail Street, between Queensgate Drive and City View Drive, and between SR 240 and Tanglewood Drive, the Duportail Bridge is under construction. Roads are closed to through traffic. Residents affected by construction may experience minor delays.
