The Horn Rapids Landfill is located at 3102 Twin Bridges Road.
Landfill hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Sunday, March - October and Monday through Saturday, November - February. The Landfill is closed on all City-observed holidays and Easter.
Richland residents may dispose of self-hauled waste at the resident rate with proof of current Richland refuse service.
Residents must bring their current utility bill and identification to receive the resident rate. Richland residents must be present to receive the resident rate. Exceptions require prior approval from the Solid Waste manager. All other customers will be charged in accordance with current published rates.

NOTE: Oil, antifreeze and automotive batteries are accepted for recycling. However, the Horn Rapids Landfill no longer accepts hazardous waste material. Please contact the Benton County Hazardous Waste Office at (509) 736-3084, ext. 5682 for information on disposing of your hazardous material.
