Richland City Hall is closed to the public until further notice. Residents can place utility payments in the drop box located on the southwest side of the building. Payments and requests for service can also be made on-line www.ci.richland.wa.us/myutilities, by emailing customerservice@ci.richland.wa.us or by calling (509) 942-1104.

Building department and planning applications, including plan submittals, will be accepted electronically. Contact 509-942-7794 or permittech@ci.richland.wa.us for more information.

Each household is issued one yard waste container and one gray waste container. For fees associated with additional containers, please see our Residential Collection Fees.

Requests are processed in the order received and may take up to 3 business days to complete.
