Richland City Hall is closed to the public until further notice. Residents can place utility payments in the drop box located on the southwest side of the building. Payments and requests for service can also be made on-line, by emailing or by calling (509) 942-1104.

Brad Anderson was elected to the Richland City Council in November 2011. Prior to his election, Brad served on the Richland Parks and Recreation Commission for four years and served as the vice-chairman in 2011.

Brad was born and raised in Richland and graduated from Richland High School. He attended Spokane Falls Community College and Washington State University and served a five year apprenticeship training program with the Sheet Metal Workers, Local 66. He has worked in the construction industry for the past 16 years and is a manager at a local Richland contracting company. He is married and has three children.

His service in the community includes: past president of the Richland Jaycees; past president of the Garden Park Recreation Club; current board member for the TEM Charitable Giving Foundation (nine years), Food Booth Chair for the Sausage Fest (six years), Chair of the Awards Committee, Richland High School PTSA; and member of the Knights of Columbus.
