Richland City Hall is closed to the public until further notice. Residents can place utility payments in the drop box located on the southwest side of the building. Payments and requests for service can also be made on-line, by emailing or by calling (509) 942-1104.

Ryan Lukson was born and raised in Richland, WA and graduated from Richland High School with his wife, Jessica. After receiving his Business-Finance Degree from the University of Washington, and subsequent Juris Doctor Degree from Florida State University, Ryan worked as a Civil Litigator for several years in Orlando, FL and Seattle, WA. With a desire to raise their children closer to home and family, Ryan and his wife moved back to Richland in 2011.

Since moving back to Richland, Ryan has worked as a Civil Deputy Prosecutor for the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office. His duties include advising and litigating cases on behalf of the Benton County Sheriff and the Benton County Jail. His wife works as an Oncology Nurse Manager for Kadlec Clinic Hematology Oncology. 

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys coaching his son’s t-ball team, golfing, paddle boarding, and enjoying all of the wonderful amenities Richland has to offer.
