IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The City of Richland will delay opening offices and facilities until 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2017, for an annual all-employee meeting. Richland City Hall, Administrative Annex, Development Services Building, Richland Community Center, Fire and Police Offices, Human Resources, Shops Facilities, Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, and Horn Rapids Landfill are all affected. The Richland Public Library will open at its regularly scheduled time of 9:30 a.m.

Police, fire and emergency services personnel will continue to respond to emergency calls.

Art can be found throughout our Community!  Visit the Richland Public Library, the Richland Parkway, Howard Amon Park and the Uptown Shopping Center to enjoy our public art.  Our City Art Catalog will be uploaded here soon to help during your experience. 

Watch a play at the Richland Players Theater located in the Richland Parkway and enjoy a meal or your favorite beverage at one of the many unique restaurants, breweries or wine bars. 

Enjoy a summer outdoor performance at The HAPO Community Stage, in downtown Richland at the John Dam Plaza. The plaza is also within walking distance to many food and beverage establishments. 

Check out the Confluent Makerspace Richland, a venue to learn, teach, make and/or play.

Visit the Gallery at the Park located near the Columbia River on Lee Bouleard. This venue showcases local and northwest artists, and more!
