Richland City Hall is closed to the public until further notice. Residents can place utility payments in the drop box located on the southwest side of the building. Payments and requests for service can also be made on-line, by emailing or by calling (509) 942-1104.

Building department and planning applications, including plan submittals, will be accepted electronically. Contact 509-942-7794 or for more information.

    Due to operational issues associated with our main sewage pump station, the comfort stations are closed. There are 4 portable restrooms available for public use. The boat pump-outs are now operational.

    South Richland Recycling Drop Boxes Relocated

    The metal recycling containers that were located off Duportail, between Walmart and Home Depot, have been relocated near the Park and Ride lot, off Columbia Park Trail, and Tulip and Windmill Roads. The containers are at the end of Windmill Road, where there is ample room to safely unload. The previous location was terminated due to increased traffic and pedestrian safety concerns.
